Because at each inclusion and coupling deenergizing there is an insignificant deterioration of overlays of a conducted disk of coupling, adjustment of a free wheeling which carries out established in the top part of a pedal the mechanism of an automatic choice of a free wheeling is necessary for preservation of normal working capacity. This mechanism provides a constancy of a free wheeling of a pedal even at the maximum deterioration of overlays on a conducted disk of coupling.
Free wheeling adjustment is made automatically by pressing and отпускании coupling pedals.
Adjustment is carried out by gear sector, being turned on an axis of a pedal of coupling. The coupling cable is fixed on gear sector, bending around it, and at the released pedal the cable stretches only a spring. By pressing of a pedal of coupling the ratchet blocks gear sector, providing rigid communication of a pedal and sector, and the tension of a cable of coupling is carried out.
At отпускании coupling pedals in a starting position the coupling cable stretches only a spring. In case of deterioration of overlays of a conducted disk the spring turns a gear segment in more distant position in relation to the position occupied before deenergizing of coupling. By repeated pressing a pedal of coupling blocking of a gear segment by a ratchet occurs to displacement on one tooth further that provides indemnification of deterioration of overlays.
The ratchet of the mechanism of adjustment of a free wheeling provides possibility проворачивания gear sector only towards a tension of a cable of coupling and provides a constant course of a pedal of coupling.
