10.2.2.6. Replacement of bearings of a nave of a wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a protective cap of a back wheel and to weaken nuts of fastening of a wheel. 2. To weaken a nave nut on the semiaxis end. The prevention The nut of fastening of a nave of the left wheel has the left carving, and right – the right carving. 3. To lift and fix a back part of the car, to remove a corresponding wheel. 4. To remove a brake drum. 5. To unscrew a nave nut on the semiaxis end. 6. By means of a stripper with external captures to remove a wheel nave. 7. To unscrew and take four bolts of fastening of the case of bearings of a nave of a wheel to the lever of a suspension bracket and to take the case of bearings of a nave of a back wheel. 8. To take from the case of bearings of a nave of a wheel two sealing rings, and also conic bearings (external and internal). 9. To beat out external rings of bearings a core from bronze. 10. To clear an internal surface of the case of bearings of a nave of a wheel. To establish in the case by means of the adaptation 14.019 external rings of bearings. 11. To grease with greasing space between bearings and to insert into the case conic bearings. 12. To insert into the case sealing rings by means of the adaptation 14.019. 13. To screw up bolts of fastening of the case of bearings to the lever of a suspension bracket and to tighten their corresponding moment. 14. To insert a nave flange on полуось, to put on on полуось a lining and to screw up a new nut without a definitive tightening. 15. To establish a brake drum. 16. To put on a wheel, to screw up nuts of fastening of a wheel and to lower the car. 17. To tighten the corresponding moment a nut of a nave of a wheel on the end of a semiaxis and to fix its stamping of a cylindrical part of a nut, a steel punch in a carving flute. 18. To tighten the corresponding moment of a nut of fastening of a wheel.
