Application of the DIN-tool for radio receiver removal

For radio receiver removal two DIN-tools (marksman) for its extraction are required. |
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. To pull together management handles, to unscrew axial nuts with linings and the obverse panel of a radio receiver. |
| 2. To push inside two fixing ears, simultaneously taking out a radio receiver from a nest. |
| 3. To take a radio receiver and to disconnect from it an antenna wire and other sockets. |
| 4. At installation of a new radio receiver to rearrange on it fixing скобы and an adjusting flange. |
| 5. Installation to begin with connection to a radio receiver of wires and radio receiver installations in a nest. To press a radio receiver into a nest to защелкивания fixing ears. |
| 6. To establish the obverse panel, axial nuts with linings and management handles. |
| 7. At installation of a new radio receiver to make its adjustment, having adjusted on weak station on average waves (nearby 1500 кГц or 200) and to rotate the adjusting screw in both directions before reception of the best reception. On a radio receiver established at factory, the adjusting screw is on the forward panel. For other types of radio receivers it is necessary to be guided by the radio receiver maintenance instruction. |

THE RADIO RECEIVER AMPLIFIER

| 1. To remove decorative заглушку from the top part of the panel of devices. |
| 2. To disconnect sockets, to unscrew four nuts and to remove the amplifier. |
| 3. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal. |
| Models since April, 1992 |

4. By means of a screw-driver edge (it is specified by an arrow) to hook and remove decorative заглушку from the top part of the panel of devices. |

5. To unscrew two screws (are specified by arrows) amplifier fastenings. |
|
6. To extend the amplifier, to disconnect sockets and completely to remove the amplifier (arrow). |
