Arrangement of flutes on hinges

Flutes are shown by arrows.

Hinges of equal angular speeds are not subject to repair and can be replaced only.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove collars of fastening of protective covers and to remove covers. 2. To remove an external lock ring. 3. To remove hinges, and then an internal lock ring. 4. To remove from a shaft a protective cover. 5. If necessary to replace the worn out elements. Protective covers necessarily are subject to replacement. 6. To fill hinges in 65-85 grammes of firm greasing S-MIC 75 F or SQM-IC 9004. 7. To establish an internal lock ring and a protective cover. 8. To establish on a shaft the hinge so that a flute was from lateral aspect. 9. To establish an external lock ring. 10. To tighten collars of fastening of a protective cover.
