3.2.5.1. Removal and installation oil картера

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a transmission. 2. To remove coupling. 3. To remove a flywheel and a protective guard of the engine. 4. To merge engine oil of their engine. 5. To check up that the steering wheel is established in movement position directly forward and a paint or a marker to note position of the bottom collar of an intermediate shaft and a gear wheel of steering transfer, then to disconnect an intermediate shaft from steering transfer. 6. Being careful, the load-lifting mechanism to raise the engine, and then to unscrew holders of the engine. 7. To disconnect brake tubes from a beam of a forward suspension bracket. 8. To prop up a beam by means of the corresponding lift and a wide board. 9. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a beam to the car bottom. To incline a beam so that access to oil картеру was released. 10. To unscrew bolts and nuts of fastening oil картера and to take it from under the engine.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully to clear interfaced surfaces of the block of cylinders and oil картера. 2. To establish a new lining in flutes oil картера. 3. To put hermetic on the sites interfaced to a cover of a sealing ring. 4. To put the structure interfering unscrewing, on a carving of bolts and nuts, to establish oil картер and to screw up bolts and nuts without tightening them it is definitive. 5. To level face surfaces oil картера and the block of cylinders and to tighten definitively bolts and nuts. If between face surfaces there is a step, it is necessary to measure it and depending on step size to establish a lining of a recommended thickness. 6. The further operations are made in sequence, return to removal.
