Work of the needle valve defines fuel level in поплавковой to the chamber.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a wire of weight from the accumulator and the case of the air filter. 2. To remove wires from the automatic starting arrangement. 3. To remove hoses of giving and return of fuel from the carburettor. 4. To disconnect wires from the case of starting automatics. 5. To disconnect wires from fuel запорного the valve. 6. To unscrew four screws of fastening of the carburettor to an inlet collector. 7. To unscrew two screws of fastening and to uncover the carburettor, leaving the basic part of the carburettor on the place on an inlet collector. 8. To take an axis of a float and to remove a float. 9. To take the needle valve. 10. To unscrew the case of the needle valve. 11. Before installation to check up a condition конусной surfaces of an edge of a needle. 12. To screw in the case of the needle valve with a new copper lining. 13. To insert the needle valve, a float and a float axis. 14. To check up float adjustment for what to establish the top part of the carburettor so that the needle valve has been closed, but the valve ball should not be drowned. To measure distance from a lining of the top part of the carburettor to the bottom a float. At discrepancy of the received size demanded to turn in a persistent uvula on a float. 15. To establish the top part of the carburettor and other earlier removed elements. To check up and, if necessary, to adjust turns and quality of a mix of idling.
