Five-step mechanical transmission of type

Carter of a mechanical five-speed transmission

1 – a forward part картера,
2 – an average part картера,
3 – a back part картера,
4 – a cover, 5 – the directing plug выжимного the bearing of coupling,
6 – linings картера,
7 – the switch of fires of a backing

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To establish the car over the viewing channel or to lift it on the lift.

2. To disconnect a wire of weight from the accumulator.

3. On models with engines V6 to remove экранированный the distributor case, a cover and a rotor.

4. To unscrew the handle of the lever of a gear change.

5. To remove (depending on the equipment version) the average console or a shelf about the gear change lever.

6. To remove an external casing of the lever of a gear change after its detachment from the holder, and also an internal casing together with the holder after unscrewing of a frame of the holder from a floor tunnel.

7. To disconnect the lever of a gear change from a back part картера transmissions.

8. To lift the car.

9. To disconnect the stabilizer from a longeron.

10. On models with engines V6 to remove a thermal filter.
11. To disconnect rubber elements of a suspension bracket from скоб fastenings of a back part of final system and to fix all system so that not to load fastening of its forward part.
12. To unscrew fastening of the average bearing карданного a shaft, and also to unscrew fastenings карданного a shaft to a flange of a leading shaft of the main transfer about the back bridge.
13. To take a forward part карданного a shaft from back картера transmissions and to muffle a corresponding stopper an aperture in a back part картера for prevention вытекания oils from a transmission.
14. By means of a jack through wooden бруски to prop up a transmission.
15. To unscrew a cross-beam of fastening of a transmission to a body. It fastens five bolts – two from each party and one on the centre.
16. To remove a spring hook of fastening of a cable of a drive of a speedometer and to disconnect a cable from a transmission.
17. To disconnect an electric wire from the switch of fires of a backing.
18. To remove a starter.
19. To disconnect a cable of coupling from deenergizing plugs.
20. To unscrew bolts of fastening of a transmission to an intermediate plate.
21. To remove the jet lever of knot the engine-transmission.
22. To disconnect a transmission from the engine (six bolts) and cautiously to take a transmission from under the car.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To cover шлицы a primary shaft with a greasing small amount.

2. Transmission installation is carried out in sequence, return in relation to removal process. After installation it is necessary to check up oil level in a transmission.
