THE PUMP OF THE HYDRAULIC BOOSTER OF TYPE "Р"

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear the pump outside. 2. To fix the pump in a vice with soft sponges for the case, a power shaft downwards. 3. From the back party of the pump to remove a hairpin, the union and a sealing ring. 4. To remove from the case a tank and sealing rings of round section. 5. To insert a core into an aperture in the pump case, located opposite to the valve of the control of a stream, to compress a lock ring of fixing of a flange, and, using a screw-driver, to remove a lock ring. 6. To remove a flange (1), a clamping spring (2) and a sealing ring. 7. To remove the pump from a vice, to turn it and to remove the valve of a stream and a spring. 8. To remove from a shaft a lock ring and to take a shaft. 9. To remove a ring of the pump, the blade, a rotor and a flange. 10. To remove two directing and a sealing ring of a power shaft. 11. To remove and clear a magnet (it is specified by an arrow), preliminary having noted its position. 12. To wash out and clear all details of the pump. 13. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, thus it is necessary to execute following actions. 14. A sealing ring of a power shaft to establish only the new. 15. A sealing ring of a clamping flange to establish in the third flute (it is specified by an arrow) from the back party of the case. 16. To check up that the directing have entered into apertures of a clamping flange. 17. Arrows on a pump ring should be directed upwards. 18. A sealing ring of a flange to establish in the second flute on the case. Before installation of sealing rings they are necessary for oiling.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To clear the pump outside. 2. To remove two clips of fastening of a tank and a tank from the pump case. 3. To remove the union, the valve and a spring. 4. To remove a flange from a pump power shaft. 5. To remove a lock ring of the bearing, to take a power shaft and the bearing from the pump. To remove a sealing ring of a power shaft from the pump case. 6. To remove a lock ring of a flange for what to compress its corresponding core. To press the centre of a flange a core in diameter of 13 mm from outside a power shaft and to squeeze out a flange. To remove a sealing ring of a flange. 7. To take the plug from the pump. 8. To wash out and clear all details of the pump. 9. Installation is made in sequence, return to removal, thus it is necessary to execute following actions. 10. To check up that the directing have entered into apertures of a clamping flange. 11. The shlitsevoj end face of a rotor should be directed upwards. 12. Installation of a flange of a power shaft to make, screwing in in a shaft a bolt with a washer, which напрессуют a flange on a shaft. 13. Before installation of sealing rings they are necessary for oiling. To establish only new sealing rings.
