10.1.2.8. Replacement of bearings of a nave of a wheel

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a rotary fist of a wheel (subsection 10.1.2.6 see). 2. To screw up nuts (conic surfaces outside) on bolts of fastening the wheels located in a nave, and to fix in vice rotary fist together with nave, holding for nuts of wheels. 3. To remove a protective cap (it is specified by an arrow) axes of a wheel from the interior of a rotary fist. 4. To unscrew a nut of an axis of a wheel and to take a flat lining. 5. To take the internal conic bearing from a rotary fist. 6. To remove a rotary fist from a wheel nave. 7. To extend a sealing ring by means of the adaptation 21.051. 8. To beat out external rings of conic bearings by means of a core from bronze. 9. To clear and check up a technical condition of the taken details. To replace the worn out or damaged details. 10. To insert by means of the adaptation 14.024 new external rings of bearings into the rotary fist as which emphasis serves wooden брусок. 11. To fill all space between bearings firm greasing for bearings. 12. To establish the external bearing and to press a new sealing ring with the space filled with firm greasing, between sealing edges. 13. To establish a rotary fist on a wheel nave. 14. To establish the internal conic bearing, to insert a flat lining and to tighten new самоконтрящуюся a nut of a nave of a wheel the corresponding moment (subsection 10.1.1 see). 15. To establish a protective cap of an axis of a wheel from the interior of a rotary fist. 16. To remove a rotary fist from a vice and to unscrew nuts from bolts of fastening of a wheel. 17. To establish a rotary fist on the car.
