11.6.5. Removal and installation of the pump and the engine of hydraulic knot

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To remove a negative wire from the accumulator.

2. To disconnect from the pump a high pressure hose.

3. To disconnect from the pump a hose of low pressure and to merge a brake liquid through it.

4. To remove многовыводные sockets from the gauge of pressure and the pump engine.

5. To unscrew a bolt (it is specified by an arrow) pump fastenings.

6. To separate the pump with the electric motor from the plug of installation and to remove them.

7. To remove plugs of installation and to replace them if necessary.

8. At installation of the new pump to establish on it the gauge of pressure with a new sealing ring of round section.

9. To establish the pump in plugs of installation and to connect a hose of low pressure.

10. To fix the pump a bolt.

11. To connect a hose of a high pressure with new sealing linings.

12. To establish the accumulator of hydraulic knot with new sealing rings of round section.

13. To connect многовыводные sockets to the gauge of pressure and the pump engine.

14. To fill in in the tank a brake liquid, to include ignition and to give the chance to the pump to be filled with a brake liquid.

The prevention
The pump should work no more than two minutes.
