3.1.2.2.6. Replacement of a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft
PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a gear belt and a pulley of a cranked shaft.
2. For extraction of a forward sealing ring of a cranked shaft to drill in a ring two small apertures, to screw in in them two self-cutting screws and пассатижами for heads of self-cutting screws to extend a sealing ring.
3. To clear a nest of a sealing ring.
4. To grease working edges of a new sealing ring with fresh engine oil and to establish it in a nest working edges inside.
5. For installation of a sealing ring in a nest it is necessary to use corresponding tubular оправкой.
6. To establish a cover, a pulley of a cranked shaft and a gear belt.
