4.3. Removal and radiator installation

THE GENERAL DATA

Fastening of the bottom hoses of a radiator, cooling element трансмиссионного oils and a hose to a broad tank

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To merge cooling liquid from a radiator. There is no necessity to merge cooling liquid from the block of cylinders. On engines DOHC to remove the electric fan for increase in free space for radiator extraction. 2. To remove hoses from a radiator, having weakened collars of fastening of hoses and to pull together hoses with проворачиванием. 3. On models OHC to disconnect a hose connecting a broad tank with a radiator. 4. On cars with an automatic transmission to disconnect cooling elements трансмиссионного oils on a radiator (in drawing the top connection of an element of cooling трансмиссионного oils on a radiator is shown). 5. On cars with the conditioner to disconnect a thermoswitch of the additional fan. If the thermoswitch is established on a radiator, to remove it. 6. To remove the top part of a casing of the fan, having unscrewed two bolts and having disconnected two clips, and to remove the bottom part of a casing of the fan having unscrewed two bolts. 7. To disconnect two top clips of fastening of a radiator, having put forward plastic stoppers. 8. To lift a forward part of the car and to unscrew two bottom bolts of fastening of a radiator (the bottom bolt of fastening is specified by an arrow). 9. Slightly to lower a radiator for clearing of the top fastening, then to remove a radiator, taking it from under the car. 10. For radiator installation it is necessary to execute actions in return sequence in relation to process of its removal. After installation of pipelines of system of cooling it is necessary to fill system with a cooling liquid and to remove from it air.
