4.5.1. Removal and installation of the fan with hydraulic муфтой

Key for unscrewing муфты the fan

The sizes: X=25мм, Y=12мм.

Hydraulic муфта the fan

1, 2, 3 – a forward part of the case, 4 – a bimetallic spring, 5 – the case with edges of cooling, 6 – the valve,

7 – an inlet aperture, 8 – consolidation, 9 – a rotor, 10 – a power shaft

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To disconnect from the accumulator a weight wire. 2. To remove the top part of a casing of the fan, having unscrewed two bolts and having disconnected four clips. 3. To unscrew муфту the fan from a nave of the pump of a cooling liquid. For unscrewing it is necessary bent рожковый a key s=32 (OHC) or s=36мм (V6). The prevention The fastening nut муфты the fan has the left carving. 4. At nut unscrewing муфты the fan to clamp клиновой a belt and thus to prevent a nave from проворачивания. 5. To unscrew 4 bolts and to remove крыльчатку with муфты. 6. Installation is made in sequence of return to removal.
