5.5.7. Adjustment of fast idling

THE GENERAL DATA

Turns of idling and quality of a mix should be adjusted.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To warm up the engine to working temperature.

2. To remove the case of the air filter.

3. To start the engine and to establish the screw of adjustment of fast idling (it is specified by an arrow) in the second top position of a cam of fast idling.

4. To measure engine turns.

5. To remove a seal from the screw of fast idling. To switch off the engine and to open a throttle, having released access to the screw. To turn the screw clockwise for increase in turns or counter-clockwise for reduction. To translate the screw on II higher step of a cam and to check up engine turns. If necessary to repeat adjustment.
