On all models have possibility for reduction of a corner of an advancing of ignition to six degrees without change of position of the distributor of ignition. Adjustment is intended for use of fuel of not corresponding grade.
Adjustment is made by grounding of one or two wires (sometimes named "октановое regulation") which come to an end in многовыводном a socket near to the ignition coil.
As a result of this adjustment dynamic characteristics and efficiency of the engine will decrease. After pouring of fuel of a demanded grade, it is necessary to return adjustment in initial position.
Grounding of a yellow adjusting wire increases idling turns by 75 rpm (OHC) or 50 rpm (V6).
