3.2.2.2.2. Dismantling and assemblage of a head of the block of cylinders

THE GENERAL DATA

Head of the block of cylinders

1 – tubes of giving of oil to cams of camshafts, 2 – covers of bearings of camshafts, 3 – a camshaft operating inlet valves,

4 – a camshaft operating final valves, 5 – a head of the block of cylinders, 6 – asterisks of camshafts

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. To arrange a head of the block of cylinders in forward and back parts on two wooden брусках. 2. To remove an inlet collector together with fuel system and a tube of tap of a cooling liquid (if have not been removed earlier). 3. To unscrew a thermal casing, and then a final collector. 4. To unscrew hairpins of fastening of both collectors. 5. To remove hydraulic pushers of valves and to place them in corresponding containers with oil for the further repeated installation on the places (if have not been removed earlier). 6. To compress in the order of a spring of valves the special adaptation and to take crackers of fastening of a persistent top plate of a spring. To remove the top plate and valve springs, paying attention to to damaging valve cores. 7. To take the valve from outside combustion chambers. 8. To remove маслоотражательные caps from directing plugs of valves.
