PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Carefully to clear interfaced surfaces of a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders. 2. To establish on the block of cylinders a new lining. 3. To turn a cranked shaft so that pistons were established in the middle of the course. 4. To establish a head of the block of cylinders on the block of cylinders. 5. To grease with a thin layer of engine oil a carving of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders (arrows bolts М8 of fastening of a forward part of a head of the block of cylinders are shown), to establish them into place and to tighten the demanded moment in certain sequence (subsection 3.2.1 see). 6. To grease with a thin layer of engine oil of a support of camshafts in a head and to establish into place camshafts. 7. To grease with a thin layer of engine oil of a cover of bearings of camshafts and to establish them into place according to marks. Covers of bearings of a camshaft operating inlet valves have marks R1–R5, and covers of bearings of a camshaft operating final valves have marks L1–L5. Numbering of covers from outside a mechanism drive газораспределения. 8. To establish the pipeline of giving of oil to cams of camshafts. 9. Gradually and consistently to tighten nuts of fastening of covers of fastening of camshafts in certain sequence. By hand to tighten fastening nuts, turning them it is consecutive on 180 ° before contact of a cover with a head of the block of cylinders. Sequence of a tightening: L1 and R1, L5 and R5, L3 and R3. Then to screw up by hand other nuts of fastening of covers. 10. To tighten nuts of fastening of covers the demanded moment, turning them on the same corner in the following sequence: L1 and R1, L5 and R5, L3 and R3, L2 and L4, R2 and R4. 11. To establish a chain газораспределительного the mechanism and an asterisk (subsection 3.2.2.1 see). 12. To establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders with a new lining and to tighten bolts of fastening of a cover consistently from edge to the centre. 13. To screw in spark plugs. 14. To establish the ignition distributor, a rotor of the distributor and a cover. 15. To establish into place high-voltage wires. 16. To screw on a final collector a reception exhaust pipe with a new lining. 17. To connect wires to the radiator fan. 18. On cars with system of injection of fuel to connect a plait of wires to the engine and топливопроводы to a pressure regulator. 19. To connect vacuum hoses and an accelerator cable. 20. To connect a hose of system of ventilation картера the engine to a head of the block of cylinders. 21. To connect a hose of giving of a cooling liquid to a branch pipe on a head of the block of cylinders. 22. To connect a hose of a radiator and a broad tank. 23. To establish the air filter. 24. To fill in engine oil in the engine. 25. To fill in cooling liquid in cooling system. 26. To connect a weight wire to the accumulator. 27. To start the engine and if necessary to adjust.
