3.5.4.7. A cable of increase in turns of idling
THE GENERAL DATA

For maintenance of steady work of the engine at start of the cold engine and in the course of warming up the special device of increase in turns of the idling, operating the pump of a high pressure by the gauge through a cable is used.

Place of connection of a cable of increase in turns of idling to the lever, an adjusting nut and a counternut

 1 – a place of connection of a cable of increase in turns of idling,

2 – an adjusting nut,

3 – a counternut

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove a clip on the end of a cable of increase in turns of idling and to remove a cable from the lever.
2. To unscrew a cover of a cable from the pump.
3. To unscrew from a head of the block of cylinders the management gauge together with a cable.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To screw in in a head of the block of cylinders the management gauge together with a cable and a new copper sealing ring.
2. To warm up the engine to working temperature.
3. To establish a cable cover in the holder and to fix a cable on the lever by means of a clip.
4. To adjust the adjusting screw on a cover of a cable a cable tension so that a cable had люфт about 2 mm then to tighten a counternut of fastening of a cover of a cable.
