PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. To remove oil and a dirt from heads of the block of cylinders. To remove a deposit from chambers of combustion and heads of valves by means of a scraper or a rotating metal brush.
2. To compress клапанные springs by means of the corresponding adaptation for compression клапанных springs and to remove crackers of valves. To remove the adaptation for compression клапанных springs and to remove a plate клапанной springs, a spring and the valve. To mark each valve, subsequently to establish on a former place.
3. After removal of valves to remove a deposit from walls of channels.
4. To check up plates of valves and a saddle on presence выкрашивания and обгорания. Traces small выкрашивания on the valve and a valve saddle can be eliminated by grinding in at first coarse-grained, and then fine-grained шлифовочной paste. At scars выкрашивания valves are necessary for grinding on the machine tool for grinding of valves, and a saddle on the machine tool for фрезеровки saddles of valves. It is necessary to address for performance of two last kinds of works to experts.
5. To check up directing valves on deterioration presence: to insert the valve in directing, the valve in the directing should move easily, without a lateral backlash. Special tools are necessary for replacement worn out directing on new, therefore it is necessary to address to experts.
6. Grinding in of valves is necessary for making with application only fine-grained polishing paste.
7. A surface of a saddle of the valve to grease with a small amount of paste and to establish the valve in a corresponding saddle. Densely to press to a valve plate a rubber sucker and to rotate the valve in one or other party.
8. After the termination of process of grinding in all details carefully to clear of a dirt and paste and to check up a saddle and a valve plate. The continuous matte ring on both details which specifies width of a facet of the valve should be visible.
9. To check up клапанные springs on effort of compression and length of springs without loading.
10. To grease a core of the valve with engine oil and to establish in directing the valve. To establish new consolidation.
11. To establish клапанную a spring and a plate клапанной springs.
12. By means of the corresponding adaptation for compression клапанных springs to compress a spring so that crackers were established in grooves in a valve core. To remove the adaptation.
13. After installation of all details into place, slightly to knock with a hammer with plastic brisk from above клапанных springs to be convinced that crackers were established into place.
